Agency has a no care attitude
Formal Complaint: Electricity Disconnection – 1 Embridge Flat, Windsor West
The electricity was disconnected on Friday, 6 March 2026, and to date it has still not been restored.
My husband, Ezekiel, contacted Norma from Just Property regarding the disconnection while the City Power team was present at the premises. Norma requested to speak to the City Power representative, which she did, after which the call was disconnected.
