Formal Complaint: Electricity Disconnection – 1 Embridge Flat, Windsor West The electricity was disconnected on Friday, 6 March 2026, and to date it has still not been restored. My husband, Ezekiel, contacted Norma from Just Property regarding the disconnection while the City Power team was present at the premises. Norma requested to speak to the City Power representative, which she did, after which the call was disconnected.

Received the Wooden Top Diffuser from Anke Products. I was extremely impressed with the packaging, absolutely elegantly packaged. I have to admit that the diffuse is definitely unique with a addictive long lasting unique smell.
Attended a Makeup workshop on the 6th April. Gracia De Dios is a guesthouse in Benoni (JHB). From the time I entered the gate, probably with a 'lost look on my face😂) as it was my 1st time, I was greeted by one of the golf cart driver who assisted me by dropping me off at the reception area & gave me clear directions leading me to the event I was attending. I was greeted by a stunning young lady, who knew exactly who I was, I felt special & honoured. It shows their dedication & attention to detail speaks volumes of making everyone feel like VIP. Their cuisine is exceptional. A perfect home away from home & more. Highly recommended✔

Disgusted with the run around, we got from one of your agents – Kareen Mcginn. We’ve been in contact with her from December, trying to get everything sorted out to move in the 3 bedroom house on Kings road, Windsor West. We have given our notice , our house is packed , we are set to move out today, BUT “thanks” to Kareen Mcginn, we have NO PLACE to go to ? At first, she didn’t have the patience to wait for us to view the place. We were running late, coming from work, caught in traffic, even though, I kept on telling her how far we are. The traffic was not moving and we were so close, that I got off the car and started walking to the place, I can only walk as fast as my legs could carry me. We eventually got to place and she left. I tried calling her, she didn’t answer. When you work with customers / clients, PATIENCE is of high priority. If you don’t have Patience, you shouldn’t be working in such. Eventually, we got a hold of her, she made arrangements to view the property. We get there, she doesn’t pitch up. But we managed to view the property next to the one, that was vacant. We immediately contacted her and said we are interested. She put so much of pressure on us to send all the documents through, 2 days went by , she doesn’t even acknowledge the email or on the process. We eventually call her after 2 days, only to release that she didn’t receive the email… CLOCK IS TICKING !!!!!!!! we send her messages, she takes her time to reply, we call, she doesn’t answer. Eventually she came back saying , that one of us was listed on ITC, we advised, that the account has been paid, and we have the letter from the company stating so. Another day passes on (now its 3 days passed on ) clock is ticking, we need to be out of our current house by 01 Feb… we asked her if she checked the ITC on the other person (my spouse) , no not yet………WHY didn’t she do her job properly and do a ITC search on both ??????????? She eventually came back saying that if we can get someone to sign Guarantee, that would be fine – (We have ALL her messages) and again….. she takes forever to get back to you. again, she doesn’t take our calls…and when she feels like, she would reply to the messages. We got someone to sign guarantee , we sent the documents though…again, if we don’t call and check, she doesn’t do anything. Yesterday , she gets back to us saying that the Guarantee wont work out. She cant do anything to help us. All packed and nowhere to go. My point is , had she been prompt with her service and not dragging this whole process, we would have looked elsewhere. We turned down other places that came though for us, which of course, now it is not available. Her service is pathetic and she should be in such position, as this is people’s lives you are messing with. With the price of renting now days, one can easily just purchase a house, but because of ITC listing , we would think that there would be a least empathy and given a chance. Not sure if this is going to be actioned , but I will be psoting on other Social media, NOT to use Kareen Mcginn service. It’s pathetic…. ********** 347
