Breaze is an antagonist for your business

Although I have not yet received my order, I appreciate JP's efforts to ensure that my order gets delivered as well as the responsiveness. The delivery partners used are probably the demise of my customer journey and I wouldn't really feel too confident ordering again. Considering that JP has three delivery partners, it would probably be more prudent to provide the customer with the option of selecting its own preferred delivery provide. Breaze is absolutely terrible.
