I placed an order for a book with Juta on 12 August 2020. The order was not moving along the process until I phoned their customer service department to complain. The only two people who were able to help me and return my calls were Alexis Carlse and Vuyo Qolo.
Juta needs to enhance its online ordering system and beef up its customer service standards to that which was displayed by Alexis and Vuyo.
