Pathetic customer service

I do not recommend ordering from Kaalfoot. I followed the measurement guidelines on their website carefully, but the shoes I received were 2.5 cm too big. I have tried reaching out to Michele about 10 times regarding this issue, but she only responds with the same copy-and-paste standard email, which shows a clear lack of concern for customer service. She doesn't seem to take the time to actually read and address her clients' frustrations.

I logged a return on the 1st of October and paid the return fee of R85, but as of today, 7th of October, the shoes haven't even been picked up. Yet, she continues to send me the same standard response, asking me to log a return again. At this rate, I can't even imagine how long it would take to receive the correct size.

The customer service experience has been very disappointing, and I won't be ordering from Kaalfoot again.
