I do not recommend ordering from Kaalfoot. I followed the measurement guidelines on their website carefully, but the shoes I received were 2.5 cm too big. I have tried reaching out to Michele about 10 times regarding this issue, but she only responds with the same copy-and-paste standard email, which shows a clear lack of concern for customer service. She doesn't seem to take the time to actually read and address her clients' frustrations. I logged a return on the 1st of October and paid the return fee of R85, but as of today, 7th of October, the shoes haven't even been picked up. Yet, she continues to send me the same standard response, asking me to log a return again. At this rate, I can't even imagine how long it would take to receive the correct size. The customer service experience has been very disappointing, and I won't be ordering from Kaalfoot again.
The midviwes and doctors at the birthing team are great. The admin is pathetic, after the delivery all the accounts go to the patient and it takes so many phone calls and emails to sort it out. lawyers even phone you about the doctors that is not being paid and it affects the patients credit record for 2years.

Die eerste rekening wat ek ontvang het nadat ek hulle gevra het vir die rekening is in September 2018 en hulle rede vir dit was -"Die rede hoekom dit so lank gevat het is daar was te kort aan staf gewees en was daar `n "backlog". Van hulle ontvangdame. Ekt gevra hulle moet dit aan die medies deur stuur en die medies het gese hulle moet die dental risk company bel om te verduidelik hoekom die claim so laat submit is waar hulle natuurlik weier en besluit het hulle gee ons oor aan die prokereurs.
We bought 2 New Renault Kwid at Renault Centurion. We got one of them with chip marks on, both made a sound if you break and both cars smash and grab had bubbles. The one had a vibration on 70km/h. They took the cars to fix the sound the break makes, the bubbles and the vibration. We got it back with only the bubbles fixed. They took the one car to fix the chip marks and now it's a different colour. This is pathetic for brand new cars.
