Kaap Agri Vredendal and Hisense, you are disgusting I live in the NC, bought a wasching machine, Hisense, from Kaap Agri Vredendal. It packed up just before lockdown, I was told to wait till lockdown was finished. After lockdown, we contacted Agri Vredendal, I was told that a technician would come out. We waited for weeks for the technical person to pitch and fix the machine. Then we were told that Hisense was not going to send a technical person, but abandon the machine and refund us. A week later Agri wanted a bank letter to refund us. 10 days later we phoned then again and they said they waiting for a credit note from Hisense. Then we phoned Hisense to organise a credit note and then after we send it to Agri Vredendal, they said that they can't refund us unless they have the machine. 3 weeks later we are still waiting for them to collect the machine. I am listening to story after story after story. I own a guest house where 100's of people are coming through my door. Oh boy I will have a field day telling those people about my Hisense experience. Please never buy Hisense as they OVER PROMISE AND UNDER DELIVER. The machine was collected on 2 December 2020. My last contact with Hisense was on 8 December 2020, with no reply.
