Kaapstad Party Hire - Horrible Service

I hired a stretch tent from them which they advertised at R950 everything included even though they charged ne R990. They were very friendly and came to do the setup, but when they were done, they told us that the middle pole was too short and they used bricks to keep it up. Not just was the pole missing but the tent was dirty too. They promised to fix it the same evening as it was a safety risk as well as we paid for proper service. As you can think, they never returned until a week later

When I contacted the person who works in the office, he was very rude and told me to contact the boys who put up the tent. The whole week our son had to keep watch over a tent which they left there. I am so annoyed at these people as they never returned any of my emails, phone calls or messages up till today. Bad bad bad service
