Cattle Baron Saxenburg was one of the biggest disappointments I've had in a very long time. Yesterday our family went to celebrate my nephew's 21st birthday Our orders and tables were booked and confirmed beforehand to make the afternoon pleasant for everyone. We arrived before our time, 1pm, as we had another part of the celebration elsewhere and wanted to leave by 3pm. Some of our orders only arrived after 3:30pm. Those who ordered ribs, were given some ribs and 4 wings, because they ran out of ribs. This they did without informing us, they just put it in front of you, saying they didn't have more ribs. A nephew of ours ordered a specific meal and like with the ribs, they ran out of ingredients and just gave him what they wanted. Those who ordered milkshakes couldn't have, cause they ran out of milk. And so also no ice cream. How does that happen especially if your order was placed beforehand. We had to wait 2 and a half hours for our food, while other people who came after us, were served long before us. Some of the steaks weren't prepared as ordered, some food was mediocre while other people's food was steaming hot as the waiters and manager walked past us. Our waiter Warren did a good job amidst the terrible happenings. Management messed up big time. We have ordered beforehand. Four of our people left without eating. I have been to this place before and love the scenery, but I prefer great service to scenery. And with that been said, Cattle Baron Saxenburg, you have lost an entire family and friends. We will warn others about your service in general. You should have catered for us! We also matter like all your other guests!

My husband's Audioligist is on the end floor of this building, and for the last couple of months we had to use the stairs everytime he has an appointment. Him not being healthy and almost fell once, I believe this is a safety risk especially for the elderly. I also have an aunt whose one doctor is in that same building, but had to postpone her appointments due to the lifts not working!! It's totally ridiculous. I hope the management of that building will wake up and do something about it
On Fiday afternoon afternoon we ordered a couple Fish and Chips parcels from Boston fisheries as we were disappointed with our transport on our way to Langebaan. We were a group of 23 ladies, having to wait at our leaders house in Blomtuin. The bill came to over R600, tip included. So she gets the notification that the driver has arrived. With most of the ladies relaxing on the steep, clearly mo driver. We tried contacting him via message and tried calling him, but could not get in contact with him. After trying this for more than 10, we get a message saying the delivery was done successfully. We contacted Uber immediately saying we never received anything. They came back saying they will investigate. After a few minutes they came back saying the driver was at the address and that he tried to contact her, which was the biggest lie....they deducted the money from her account, saying it was her fault that the food was not delivered as she was not home!!! How ridiculous!!!! Is this how Uber handle their clients? Big big big disappointment and over R600 down the drain!!! You guys are ridiculous
I enquired about downgrading the insurance for my pet, but Thembakazi Mbalane was so helpful and sent me their different plans. I am forever grateful as I decided to stick with the one I have.
We bought 3 throws of R189.99 each. Diluent to tfd fact that my hubby only had R365 credit, we paid the rest of the balance which was R204, 97 in cash. At home we realized that we only needed 2 for the purpose. We returned the one and was only refunded R189.99. Our question was, what zbout the R14.97. They refused to pay it back. We tried calling their call centre,but no luck after trying to explain. The consultant was not in a good mood and her customer service was very unprofessional. R14 might seem little, but what if hundreds of people are experiencing the same...with how much monies will Pep get away with?
My Feisty furry baby fell ill overnight, which had me being anxious. Rutendo Adelaide at Oneplan helped me quickly and efficiently to get my funds transferred to Feisty's insurance card. I could make an app and pay the bill immediately after the doctor took care of my babygal. Thank you so much Rutendo, well done
I bought Darling milk on Saturday which only expires on the 19th of January. On Tuesday, 16th Jan, 2 litres of milk were sour and i had to discard of thd porridge and coffee i made. I was so disappointed as I could not drink my coffee that morning.
