3. Negligence in Monitoring: There has been a noticeable lack of regular monitoring of the patient’s condition. Vital signs and symptoms have either been ignored or not properly documented, leaving her at risk of further complications.

4. Absence of Communication: Despite attempts to communicate with the medical team about the patient's status and next steps, there has been little to no response. This lack of communication is unacceptable and has caused significant distress to both the patient and her family.

Conclusion: It is clear that Boitumelo Melba Masemola is in urgent need of proper medical attention. The negligence displayed thus far has not only delayed her recovery but has also led to her condition worsening daily.
