Taking forever to refund me

I’ve stayed at Kalahari Lodge in Kimberley. I’ve booked for three nights and only stayed for night due to unforeseen circumstances I’ve paid for the three nights and requested them to refund me for the two night I haven’t stayed there They’ve promised to refund me within two weeks One month later and I still haven’t received my money back
