My daughter took out cover with this Mickey Mouse company Budget Insurance He debit order goes off on the 15th of every month and today she found a cheaper insurer and Budget don’t want to reimburse her because we would think that she’s covered from the 15th to the 14

Bought an iPhone 12 for 8k Saw a cheaper one and returned the phone They refused to take the phone back I need them to return the phone to me because they refused to take the phone and reimburse me Now they are quiet and informed me via email that I can’t pick up the phone from the depot where I dropped the phone off Can I please get my money back or the phone

Tracker debited my account wrongly and I’ve informed them last week and I was promised that they would credit my account in the week. Up until today I still haven’t received my money. Tracker is the most useless company I hate Tracker

I have a subscription with Cartrack and I’ve sold the vehicle. I called them to deinstall and reinstall, the agent I spoke to seemed that she was called off from the street and just given a phone and numbers to dial, she was so useless and uninformed. It was agreed to do the deinstallation and reinstalling it, but they failed to communicate any progress with me till I’ve decided to cancel the process of deinstalling and reinstalling. In spite of calling a thousand times to inform them that I don’t want them to do the deinstalling and reinstalling, they tried to debit my account I called another thousand times to inform them that I’ve cancelled the process Now, each and every I get calls from their accounts department telling me that I’m owing them for the deinstalling and reinstalling process which never took place

Two Pot Nightmares
Old Mutual 2 pot system is so delayed I’ve app**** on the 16th of September and up until today, I still haven’t been paid. People from other Insurance companies who app**** after has already received their funds. What is the delay with Old Mutual

Cartrack is the worst tracking company You skip one payment then the call you every day as if you owe them millions and it’s just R99 I want to cancel with them but they telling me I only started with them in February this year but I’ve started with them in September 2022 I can’t wait to server ties with this Mickey Mouse car tracking company

Outsurance, A Bunch of ******
I was looking to buy comprehensive car insurance and one of the ****** at Outsurance deceived me to take out essential car insurance without explaining everything to me in detail. I’ve been paying 1100 for the past three months and I decided to check what I was actually covered for and only found out that I was only covered for 40 percent of my car’s value in the event of an accident which was about 37k The guy who sold me the insurance **** to me and said that the 37k will be paid to me in the event of a minor accident and further more **** and said if for instance I have an accident and the damages only amount to 5000 they will still pay me 37k I’ve cancelled my policy today and I’ve requested the recording of the call I’m even considering to take the matter up with the insurance ombudsman
