Cheap prices= cheap quality

On 31 May I went to Kaleideo Eye Clinic in Benoni. I found them advertising on Facebook with wonderful prices. I had my eyes tested, picked frames, and paid them R2,160. On 14 June I went to collect my new glasses. Put them on and can't see at all. Total blur. Requested a refund from the very unpleasant man at the desk. I was told to go away till Tuesday. I have sent a WhatsApp and email to the owner. Zero response. So now I have had to lodge a complaint at the CGOS. Always remember that 'goedkoop is duur koop' 😓
