Totally rude disrespectful , gossipers and arrogant staff. From the area supervisor to the guards. The guards would rather laugh then to assit. The area supervisor would stop a person from talking so that his point can only go heard. This behavior is not accepted at all. Jasper Hill needs a new security company that can be more efficient.

A client of mine was travelling when a her Mother phoned her and said her father had collapsed, she told her to contact security which she did, two of the guards were at the unit instantly and assisted her with moving her husband before the paramedics arrived.

She said security did a sterling job in getting the emergency services into the estate and to the right the unit with no hassles and that they were very professional and compassionate in how they dealt with her Mother and the removal of her Father’s body from the unit and the estate.

The guards responsible are to be commended and recognised for their reaction and assistance that night together with a huge thank you from us as estate management and trustees as this service is highly appreciated

So on the tenth of November this Kallvest guard and tenant in my Complex in Blackheath attempted to break into my vehicle by staging a false fight. All they were really after was my sound in the cabin. Up-to-date this guard had not reported it to his employer that they damaged my vehicle tail lamp in the process of their cat fight.

Sometime before the end of November, his supervisor came to my place after I called Kallvest and they promised to pay and begged me not to tell their bosses, little did I know they were taking me for a ride.

I'm gng all out now to make it known that the very people from whom we request protection are the very people employing theives to harm us and be fighting at night trying to steal from us. How dare a security officer claims to be attacked by a resident who has a lease running for the premises which he occupies? Poor gimmick pulled on the wrong chap altogether and because its Kallvest, management protects it's stuff and downplays it! Not this time around, the opponent wasn't picked well and ish jus got real.

You cannot employ untrained stuff who cannot even fill on an Occurrence Boom (OB) and yet alone report to the Controller. What the hell are these guys doing? Time for my resources to come into play and I trust Kallvest is compliant with PSIRA regulations and ALL their officers have the correct and relevant documentation to assume emoloyment within the Republic because these, amongst many other issues is what we are getting down onto for the next couple of weeks and we will keep South Africa uptodate through the media on this seemingly big Organisation yet it operates using "fly by night" tactics.

Let the fun begin!
