Pick n pay new policy with no exchange or refund on cigarettes is unacceptable. So this morning picknpay sandridge totally refused to exchange a packet of 10s cigarettes for a packet of 20s even though i didn't yet leave the shop. The notice for this policy was on the wall which was not visible at all until the supervisor showed me. If i left the shop with the cigarettes and came back i would understand and accept the rules but while I'm still at the till point i get NO answer.This store maybe convinant for me but after this experience I'm considering of not going back there. A regular customer at this store everyday and all through a packet a cigarettes that refused to get exchanged. Very unhelpful staff that's quick to say NO. Totally unacceptable and is this what i call Customer Satisfaction?
This security company have their vehicles parked at the corner of Jasper hills by the robots at few times . Their staff is so friendly and polite that if you see them only they guards will greets. Why can't all the other security companies have staff like All is Well. I vist my friends at Break Free complex very often and the service is to excellent and very efficient. And here comes Kalvest security that's at Jasper hills the worst
Totally rude disrespectful , gossipers and arrogant staff. From the area supervisor to the guards. The guards would rather laugh then to assit. The area supervisor would stop a person from talking so that his point can only go heard. This behavior is not accepted at all. Jasper Hill needs a new security company that can be more efficient.
I have contacted Game at Mall Of Africa regarding the Optical Port on my Samsung 65inch TV which is only 4 months old and still under warranty which i think it's faulty . Upon that the guy tells me that I will be charged a call out fee if there's is nothing wrong with the optical port but the optical box that I bought is brand new and it's working on another TV .So since Game at the mall of Africa is not been very helpful regarding my problem so it's best I return the TV back which I will be getting reimbursed back my money and I will purchase the same TV from another . From yesterday mid day till now game store have not contacted me at all regarding the problem. Is this how game store at the mall of Africa treats their customer after purchasing a R13 0000 TV?
