Can you please tell me where I can report you as you give me no definite answer on what Kavatro is gonna do to ensure i get my product or re issue me with other 3 bottles which I paid for in full. Its in transit since November 2019 l have been waiting ever since. I paid for 3 bottles Kavatro bottles and never received it. Their support team sent me up and down to customs and post office. I paid and never receive my product and they refuse to refund me. They can't give me a tracking number nothing. They keep on saying its In transit since 2019 11 29. This is uneceptable.
