On 13 Oct l uploaded my Shein order **********921 (12 items). Courier Guy came to it pick up on 14 October 2025. After some time l noticed that there was no movement on the system I contacted Courier Guy who inturn informed me to contact Imili my service provider, which l did . Imili informed me their system pics up order **********2387 (6 items). This was not correct. Imili told me it's not them it's SHein who change numbers on the system and l must take it up with Shein. According to Imili my order left on 17 Otober 2025. Afer months As soon as I PICKED up this INDISCREPANCIES and contacted them via telephone via email and whattsup, They treated me like an imbecile as if this was all my fault, when l asked them questions. Their consultants were utterly rude on the phone and their frustration was evident in their emais. It was a MESS . I HAD SORT EVERYTHING OUT MYSELF TOOK MORE THAN 4MONTHS.IMIILI DID NOT HELP ME THEY KEPT ON REFFERING ME BACK TO SHEIN. IMILI COULD NOT PROVIDE ME WITH A CUSTOMER SERVICE RETURN RECEIPT VOUCHER NUMBER FOR SHEIN . Imili's managers did not escalate the matter did not investigate. I had to deal with Sjein after wards whom in turn refered me to lmili I RATE YOU A ZERO

Phoned them to inform them. After a while l received another email stating they picked order 61013256202387 (6 items). As soon as I PICKED up this INDISCREPANCIES and contacted them via telephone via email and whattsup, They treated me like an imbecile as if this was all my fault, when l asked them questions. Their consultants were utterly rude on the phone and their frustration was evident in their emais. It was a MESS . I HAD SORT EVERYTHING OUT MYSELF TOOK4MONTHS.COURIER GUY DID NOT HELP ME THEY KEPT ON REFFERING ME BACK TO SHEIN AND IMILI AND COULD NOT EXPLAIN ANYTHING. They refused to waybills provide proof of collection to customers. They refer you to Imili, yet they collect it. All you get from Courier Guy is Automated emails . I rate you 0

After reading my review I would like to clear any misunderstanding that might occur. Herewith I whish to inform you that I would like to rectify my review by stating the following rectification that might cause confusion Let it be clear that under no curcimstances did the staff in the shop ask me to leave. I saw the floors was wet and I left on my own accord informing both Miss Meagan and Mr Dean that I will come back in 15min as I want to speak to the manager. On my return I asked Miss Meagan to phone the manager as I wanted to ask her regarding this promotion. Thus Miss Meagan called on my behest even though both of them wanted to help me. Unfortunately the manager was busy with another client, but I did not mind to wait and I said I will wait in the shop for the Manager to call back. By that time I was very upset already and wanted to ask the manager a question. She as a manager humiliated me and made me feel like a criminal when I heard her saying sucurity must be called for me and I did nothing wrong. I am not a drunkard or a thief neither did I damage any property. I simply wanted to ask her something and I felt offended by the way the Manager handled my situation and due to her utter incompence as lack of communication and people skills she will now not know what my questions was and that is what upsets me the most. Being a manager myself she did not even have the decency to at least take my call and hear me out. She opted to threaten me as a customer with sucurity rather than doing her job what she gets paid to do and that is to represent the company and resolve issues that consumers feel junior staff do not have the answer to and resolve the issue face to face or telephonically but she failed to do that. Her service delivery as a manager to customers over the phone is her duty if the customer request to speak to her. I would never like to meet her in person if she did not treat me with the necessary ethics over the phone. I do not wish to find out how she treats customers in person. As for the staff their service delivery is excellent. I respect them immensely and thy did everything according to etiquette. They are an asset to the company

I am an elderly lady with no other means of transportation to get there as I stay far and that mall is in the closest range considering Corona as well. I don't have negative feedback of staff Miss Meagan and Mr Dean. Yesterday 15/12/2020 at approximately 1400 ands 14 15I went to the shop for assistance. They asked me politely to leave for 15 minutes as they are cleaning etcetera as the manager Cathy is on her way. I agreed full heartedly and said it's fine as they were so nice I agreed. After almost 25min I went back for assistance. I simply wanted to redeem R300 voucher code of a promo that is ran by ROYAL. I heard its a good food as I searched the internet to find out on how to redeem my code Royal sent me after I registered on the website. The staff said she is not allowed to assist me on instruction of their MANAGER A MISS CATHY. Before I responded I asked colleagues to enquire if ROYAL HAS STOPPED THE PROMO.. AFTER I RECEIVED FEEDBACK FROM MY SUBORDINATES ALL OVER SEAPOINT KENILWORTH CANAL WALK ETCETERA I WAS INFORMED THAT ROYAL HAS NOT STOPPED THEIR PROMO AND ITS CURRENTLY STILL RUNNING THAT'S why I RECEIVED A CODE. Can you please tell me where I can report you as you give me no definite answer on what Kavatro is gonna do to ensure i get my product or re issue me with other 3 bottles which I paid for in full. Its in transit since November 2019 l have been waiting ever since. I paid for 3 bottles Kavatro bottles and never received it. Their support team sent me up and down to customs and post office. I paid and never receive my product and they refuse to refund me. They can't give me a tracking number nothing. They keep on saying its In transit since 2019 11 29. This is uneceptable.
