Good afternoon I bought Royal Canine food which is old and sticky and really upsetting. Ive used this brand for years and really will not advise anyone to purchase at this store. I trusted the store enough to not keep a receipt but wow what a terrible mistake !!!! This was sanbury square Zeta

After reading my review I would like to clear any misunderstanding that might occur. Herewith I whish to inform you that I would like to rectify my review by stating the following rectification that might cause confusion Let it be clear that under no curcimstances did the staff in the shop ask me to leave. I saw the floors was wet and I left on my own accord informing both Miss Meagan and Mr Dean that I will come back in 15min as I want to speak to the manager. On my return I asked Miss Meagan to phone the manager as I wanted to ask her regarding this promotion. Thus Miss Meagan called on my behest even though both of them wanted to help me. Unfortunately the manager was busy with another client, but I did not mind to wait and I said I will wait in the shop for the Manager to call back. By that time I was very upset already and wanted to ask the manager a question. She as a manager humiliated me and made me feel like a criminal when I heard her saying sucurity must be called for me and I did nothing wrong. I am not a drunkard or a thief neither did I damage any property. I simply wanted to ask her something and I felt offended by the way the Manager handled my situation and due to her utter incompence as lack of communication and people skills she will now not know what my questions was and that is what upsets me the most. Being a manager myself she did not even have the decency to at least take my call and hear me out. She opted to threaten me as a customer with sucurity rather than doing her job what she gets paid to do and that is to represent the company and resolve issues that consumers feel junior staff do not have the answer to and resolve the issue face to face or telephonically but she failed to do that. Her service delivery as a manager to customers over the phone is her duty if the customer request to speak to her. I would never like to meet her in person if she did not treat me with the necessary ethics over the phone. I do not wish to find out how she treats customers in person. As for the staff their service delivery is excellent. I respect them immensely and thy did everything according to etiquette. They are an asset to the company

Yesterday 15/12/2020 I travelled with 3 taxis to The Vet Shop Vangate Mall. I am an elderly lady with no other means of transportation to get there as I stay far and that mall is in the closest range considering Corona as well. I don't have negative feedback of staff Miss Meagan and Mr Dean. Yesterday 15/12/2020 at approximately 1400 ands 14 15I went to the shop for assistance. They asked me politely to leave for 15 minutes as they are cleaning etcetera as the manager Cathy is on her way. I agreed full heartedly and said it's fine as they were so nice I agreed. After almost 25min I went back for assistance. I simply wanted to redeem R300 voucher code of a promo that is ran by ROYAL. I heard its a good food as I searched the internet to find out on how to redeem my code Royal sent me after I registered on the website. The staff said she is not allowed to assist me on instruction of their MANAGER A MISS CATHY. Before I responded I asked colleagues to enquire if ROYAL HAS STOPPED THE PROMO.. AFTER I RECEIVED FEEDBACK FROM MY SUBORDINATES ALL OVER SEAPOINT KENILWORTH CANAL WALK ETCETERA I WAS INFORMED THAT ROYAL HAS NOT STOPPED THEIR PROMO AND ITS CURRENTLY STILL RUNNING THAT'S why I RECEIVED A CODE. I WAS SURPRISED THAT THE MANAGER OF THE VET STORE AT VANGATE MALL HAD AUTHORITY TO STOP A PROMOTION OF ROYAL AND SHE IS NOT THE OWNER OF ROYAL. IT'S ROYAL "S PROMOTION NOT HER PERSONAL Promotion. AS I AM WELL AWARE A MANAGER HAS NO RIGHT TO STOP A PROMO OF A COMPONY AS HE OR SHE IS NOT THEIR OWNER NOR DO THEY GET TO DECIDE WHEN IT STOPS AS MANAGER ARE EMPLOYEES AND ARE EMPLOYED TO MANAGE A SHOP BUT THEY DON'T OWN THE Shop. The more they promote the product the better for their store the COMPONY and customers alike on a hole. I simply asked to speak to the manager which is my right if I need answers. SHE IS A RACIST AND REFUSED TO ANSWER MY QUESTIONS AS I ASKED HER IS IT BECAUSE I AM NOT WHITE AND BECAUSE THIS IS A POOR BLACK COMMUNITY OVER THE PHONE. SHE OPTED TO INSTRUCT HER STAFF TELPHONICALLY TO BRING SUCURITY FOR ME AS IF I AM A THIEF OR A LOIITTERING DRUNKARD. I AM CERTAIN IF I WAS WHITE CATHY WOULD HAVE TREATED ME WITH NECESSARY RESPECT AND DIGNITY. WHY DO U allow Cathy and give her the right to misuse her position as manager and treat her on white customers different to white customers. I People like her should be dissiplined and eradicated from your business PLEASE REINSTATE A NEW MANAGER AS CATHY CLEARLY DO NOT HAVE THE NECESSARY SKILLS TO RUN YOUR SHOP AND THIS WILL COST YOU CUSUMERS AND CUSTOMERS IS YOUR AND HER INCOME. SHE MADE A DICISION TO HAVE ME THROWN OUT WITHOUT SEEING WHO I AM TAKING THE TIME TO TALK TO ME OR TO ANSWER LEGITIMATE QUESTIONS THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER AND DIRECTORS AND OWNWER OF THE COMPONY SHOULD CALL HER TO ACCOUNT. SHE HUMILIATED ME WITH OUT TENDING TO MY COMPLAINT. SHE JUDGED SENTENCED AND EXECUTED ME WITH OUT SEEING ME FACE TO FACE. THAT IS NOT ETTIQUETTE OF MANAGER AT ALL. I WAS TREATED LIKE A CRIMINAL BY AN INCOMPOTENT MANAGERESS IN HER ABSENTCIA NOW WHY IS THIS WOMAN STILL GETTING PAID A SALARY BY THE VET STORE IF SHE HAS NO CUSUMER ETTIQUETTE

On Saturday 16/11/2019 I visited the vetshop in vangate mall Cape town as our 3 month old German shepherd puppy was not on it's ideal weight. The consultant Samantha recommend 2 products Efazol for dry skin as puppy was scratching and Nutrostim for apetite. For some reason since giving these products to our puppy she refused anything that even smelled of it and was not eating food for close to 3 days . After a R850 vet visit we were advised to stop use of the products and changing the food and this got our puppy to eat again. When I contacted the store I was advised to speak to the supervisor who informed that there was nothing she could do. Only when I kept telling her of the cost we incurred because of these products she (supervisor) informed me to return the products and this would be sent to the manufacturer. We have nearly lost our puppy we paid a lot of money for also the products we bought and have no use for it what so ever.
