The worst follow up service. CELLC sold me a contract for a laptop which I received notification from their contracted courier would be delivered o. 11/04/2025. When I was unable to get hold of their courier I opted to call the contact centre to get answers. I fist spoke to Mpo for sales follow up. The service agent was of no help and spoke over me she then placed me on hold for 10 minutes. I tried again and same happened with the second agent. 3rd call I got through to a very rude agent Verqualene who continually spoke over me. This agent informed me that their department only has 1 supervisor and this person was in a meeting. When I questioned that I was sarcastically informed that she could see if any other departments supervisor wanted to take my call as I was through to the sales follow up department and the relevant supervisor would get back to me. I cannot understand here cellc finds these type of costumer service agents. Their contracted couriers contact number is not answered, how are client supposed to inquire on orders if agent or contractors are not able to give answers for item client pay huge amounts of money for. The courier sent a message with a driver name yet I am expected to loose an entire day because it cannot be received by my wife. But No one cane find out if the driver can estimate a time. Feels like the worst decision to order this item from CELLC
I have bee trying for 17 days to open a business account with Absa business banking. I was assisted telephonically by Fiona Amos eventho I requested a appointment in branch. I had to contact her constantly for updates. I had to contact her manager Collette Menes who has constantly been giving the standard apology only to find out on day 17 that there was issues with info on paperwork. I've lost clients because of constantly postponing appointments because of papers that needed to be signed and resigned, I've lost business because the account is required to be compliant to be added as a vendor. I'm constantly being it should have taken 2 hours to open this account and still 17 days later I'm struggling to get it sorted. Worst experience of my life

Why do banks and cell phone companies keep using DSV for delivery this company makes appointments and don't keep it and then clients are told drivers won't leave packages. Absolutely ridiculous service from q big company
I wish I could give a zero star. I placed an order with MTN and was informed I would be contacted by the courier in a few hours to arrange for delivery. 3 days later I called the courier who only then was able to provide a delivery date and time after having to ask continuously. 5 minutes later I receive another call to confirm delivery date and when I asked about a tracking number I was told it's not provided which is not true as the company has a tracking system on the internet. I run a business and explained as much to the person from there call centre and again was to I would get a sms which could have the tracking details on it or I can go to mtn for it. Service become absolutely secondary to companies when the have the monopoly in their field
purchased a starter from DCB Palmiet street in Stikland Cape Town on 01/06/23 for use on my project car a 2004 ford focus ST170 2.0L and collected the part which was fitted in the hope of starting this refurbished engine on 04 February 2024 after a considerable amount of work and time as well as money was spent to get to this point only to find the starter does not work on my car on closer inspection the part number which is on the part O331303071 is is listed for Lancia, Fiat and VW starters. I tried contacting DCB to explain the situation but was brushed aside even though the part carries the DCB serial number and date. Now I'm sitting with a part which I cannot use and paid alot for

This guy is honest in his assessment and explained what was required and even advised on best way to avoid having this or even similar issues from happening. Utterly disgusted with the level of service from this people. I placed an order on the 30th December 2023 and received notification of delivery for 09th January 2023 . Takealot then changed this date without any forewarning to 10th January late on the 9th which cause me to loose an entire day waiting on my stuff . Now at 15H30 on 10th January after numerous calls regarding my order I get a sms of delivery on 11th January before 17H00 which is another waisted day waiting on delivery of items paid on 30 December 2023 I keep getting the feedback from the call centre agents that a manager will phone me back shortly. Is there no regularly body for these businesses. It's a disgrace with there pricing and even the requirements they have on curtain items for the way clients are expected to loose money because they change the contracts
I placed an order for a combo set as shown on the take alot app and was sent only one part of the order and expected to pay in full. order was refused as incomplete on the day and tried to get answers from take a lot customer service who to date still has not given any feedback. i checked my app and found my order has been cancelled without my knowledge. order was placed on 11/08/2022 and refused as incomplete 19/08/2022 order number 111865080
I purchased a pair of boots from exact online on 31/05/2022 and took delivery on 01/06/2022 and on checking found the item was not what I requested . I contacted to call centre and spike to a lady ( condolese) and was informed the manager from the Parow store would-be around to swop only to again receive the incorrect item. I was then informed that the item code and the picture does not match. Clint ( Parow manager) advised he would attempt to source the correct item. It's misleading for companies to advertise one thing and supply another like this I will never support this online portal again and would advise clients to check what they purchase on this companies online portals
