After reading my review I would like to clear any misunderstanding that might occur.
Herewith I whish to inform you that I would like to rectify my review by stating the following rectification that might cause confusion
Let it be clear that under no curcimstances did the staff in the shop ask me to leave. I saw the floors was wet and I left on my own accord informing both Miss Meagan and Mr Dean that I will come back in 15min as I want to speak to the manager.
On my return I asked Miss Meagan to phone the manager as I wanted to ask her regarding this promotion.
Thus Miss Meagan called on my behest even though both of them wanted to help me.
Unfortunately the manager was busy with another client, but I did not mind to wait and I said I will wait in the shop for the Manager to call back.
By that time I was very upset already and wanted to ask the manager a question.
She as a manager humiliated me and made me feel like a criminal when I heard her saying sucurity must be called for me and I did nothing wrong.
I am not a drunkard or a thief neither did I damage any property. I simply wanted to ask her something and I felt offended by the way the Manager handled my situation and due to her utter incompence as lack of communication and people skills she will now not know what my questions was and that is what upsets me the most.
Being a manager myself she did not even have the decency to at least take my call and hear me out.
She opted to threaten me as a customer with sucurity rather than doing her job what she gets paid to do and that is to represent the company and resolve issues that consumers feel junior staff do not have the answer to and resolve the issue face to face or telephonically but she failed to do that.
Her service delivery as a manager to customers over the phone is her duty if the customer request to speak to her.
I would never like to meet her in person if she did not treat me with the necessary ethics over the phone. I do not wish to find out how she treats customers in person.
As for the staff their service delivery is excellent. I respect them immensely and thy did everything according to etiquette. They are an asset to the company
