Discovery Health – A Deeply Disappointing and Unjust Experience I have been a loyal and trusted member of Discovery Health since 2016. Over the years, I believed I was in good hands — until now. One month of financial difficulty led to a temporary payment issue, and instead of any support or understanding, my medical aid was suspended with no cover. To make matters worse, I was informed the following month I will be double debited — meaning I would have paid for a month in which I received no cover whatsoever. That is unacceptable, essentially I will be paying for a service I was completely denied. This experience has left me feeling ****** and utterly disrespected.This is exactly why I have chosen to cancel my cover with Discovery Health, and my husband has decided to do the same. It’s become clear to us that there is a concerning pattern of behavior that feels more like exploitation than care. Let me be clear — I will not let this go unchallenged. I will not sit back while money is taken for services that were not rendered. Unless Discovery reaches out and rectifies this situation, I will continue to escalate this matter further.
Terribly disappointing service with MFC. I had to call 5 times in one day to try speak to an agent to provide me with an explanation on documents that I was asked to send but had not been notified via email. There is no direct contact number to speak to the Admin department, all I am told is to wait for 24 to 48 hours. I've been a Nedbank customer for many years and never have I experienced this level of service before.

Terrible experience at MEDICLINIC CONSTANTIABERG Emergency unit. Ive been to Medi-clinic for most of my life and never once experienced such terribly and disheartening treatment. I had to wait 3 hours for a Dr to see me after lying in the ward and nobody came to check up ion me while I was feeling exceptionally ill, my partner had to ask the nurses when I would be seen. We were about to leave when the Dr casually strolled in and asked if I had received fluids to which I responded no and all he did was laugh in a sarcastic tone and said I was meant to. Yet still no fluids provided and by this time I was dehydrated but the Dr didn't think this was the case and did not listen to when I was explaining to him regarding my symptoms, The nurse who say me, June.. cared more about how I was feeling. The Dr wanted to prescribe me medication I had used which I told him did not work and was the reason why I was at emergency. I was told my symptoms need to be treated but " you know these things take time" with a smirk on his face. I was given a prescription when all pharmacies at 1 am were closed, the nurse had to ask the Dr to give me something to ease the symptoms I was experiencing which was met with another long waiting time. All they cared about was paying for the hospital fees and the Dr fees who I personally think does not deserve a cent based on his treatment of me as a patient. A day later I am still waiting on my certificate, I've had to call to ask and still nothing. I will ensure my family and friends stay away from this hospital because I would not want my oved ones treated in the same manner. Never again
I have been battling to get through to Discovery to obtain authrozation , the bot system where you are to speak to a consultant is exceptionally frustrating. There should surely be a better option or more options to get in touch with a consultant for something so important. Been with Discovery for a number of years yet the service experienced recently has been poor which makes me question Discovery on the whole and continuing as a client. Disappointing
Really disappointing first experience with Frogfoot !! Relocation arranged for our Fibre and after days not not being contacted to confirm the time that our relation had been scheduled for I call our network operator only to discover my contact number had been changed . For no reason whatsoever and who this number belongs to is a mystery. Still no feedback , this experience really makes me reconsider the service and way forward.

Good afternoon I bought Royal Canine food which is old and sticky and really upsetting. Ive used this brand for years and really will not advise anyone to purchase at this store. I trusted the store enough to not keep a receipt but wow what a terrible mistake !!!! This was sanbury square Zeta
It has been IMPOSSIBLE to get hold of Vodacom ! Customer service terrible , I am unable to dial an international number as my service provider needs to be contacted in order to do so however no-one can assist me . I am definitely changing my network and will encourage others to do so as well .
Takealot Stellenbosch worst customer experience I've ever come across. Abrupt, aggressive emolyee . We will definitely be encouraging family and friends not to visit this pick up point, nor spend money an further.
