TUSK EXPLORER CANOPIES - SHOCKING SERVICE DELIVERY

Worst service, empty promises, substandard product. Canopy is NOT waterproof. They (Francois and Pieter from TUSK EXPLORER) don't answer messages, emails or phone calls, but funny enough they immediately answer the phone if you call them from another number just to end the call as soon as I said my name. SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!

After 2 attempts (substandard canopies) from Tusk explorer they promised another replacement canopy (that waterproof without scratches and other problems), however they keep missing delivery dates since May 2023 and now they are just ignoring my calls and messages.
