Passop vir die manne. Francois en Pieter. Hul adverteer jy betaal jou TUSK EXPLORER canopy eers wanneer jy hom ontvang. Bly maar eerder by daai reling en toets die kappie self voor jy betaal. Ek wag nou al langer as 6 maande vir hulle om my kappie te vervang. Ongelukkig het ek klaar betaal. Nogal n "urget fooi" ook betaal. Hul het nie 1 dag gewag vir my geld nie en dit is hoe hul jou hanteer. Nou kry ek hul glad nie meer in die hande nie. Doen maar eerder jou huiswerk en betaal eerder n paar Rand meer vir ordentlike diens.
Worst service, empty promises, substandard product. Canopy is NOT waterproof. They (Francois and Pieter from TUSK EXPLORER) don't answer messages, emails or phone calls, but funny enough they immediately answer the phone if you call them from another number just to end the call as soon as I said my name. SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! After 2 attempts (substandard canopies) from Tusk explorer they promised another replacement canopy (that waterproof without scratches and other problems), however they keep missing delivery dates since May 2023 and now they are just ignoring my calls and messages.
Tusk Explorer / Kanopi I initially purchased the canopy on November 24, 2022, paying an urgent fee to receive it by December 15, 2022. However, the canopy that arrived was clearly scratched and had bent doors. After consulting with Francois at Tusk, the canopy was replaced after three months. Francois (the owner as he told me) even offered a free roof table as compensation, but this never materialized. However, the new canopy were even worse. Whenever it rains, even slightly, the inside of the canopy becomes saturated with water. Both side panels are leaking at the door hinges, and even the sliding windows are letting water in. In fact, the welding joints are also causing leaks. I have already spoken to Pieter (Francois's partner at TUSK) on multiple occasions and sent video footage of the leaking canopy. While he agreed to replace it again, he requested a month to build a new one. However, it has now been over a month and still no canopy. I struggled to get hold of TUSK as they were not responding to my messages or answered my calls or emails. The funny thing is that they answered their phone when I phoned them from another number, only to end the call immediately after they heard it was me who is phoning. They only came back to me after I wrote a review on social media. They offered to repair my canopy, but I declined as I paid for a NEW canopy. Still waiting for an outcome.........
Wees versigtig vir die manne!!!!! Tusk Explorer Ek sien daar is heelwat mense wat kla. As ek 1 ou kan help om nie dieselfde fout te maak es ek nie het die post gehelp. Ek sukkel nou al 6 maande om n canopy uit Francois en Pieter te kry waar die water nie instroom nie en die side panels nie gebuig is nie, dit is nadat hul n "urgent fee" ook eis. Sal fotos en videos aanstuur op versoek. Ek het al my kommunikasie met Francois en Pieter ook as bewys. Hul delete my kommentaar op Facebook en antwoord geen boodskap of oproep nie. Snaaks genoeg antwoord Pieter dadelik as ek van n ander nommer af bel, net om die foon food te druk as hul hoor dit is ek wat bel. Indien jy reeds bestel het toets maar eers die canopy self voor jy betaal. Ongelukkig het ek hul reeds betaal. Francois se reply aan my nadat ek hom vra dat ons tot n vergelyk kan kom en dat dit buite my aard is om myself tot sosiale media te wend: "Dit is buite my aard om mense te help wat my probeer seer maak. Ek sal doen wat ****raktueel verwag word." So terloops hy het ook baie te sê oor die mense wat op Hello Peter kla oor sy besigheid.
