Breach of POPIA Act at Durbanville Kapstadt Brauhaus due to Management. BE Aware!!
Durbanville Kapstadt Brauhaus: What a revolting experience with the Management (Chandré Williams). After being a customer since they opened their doors - I am deeply saddened by how unprofessional and rude the Management was when I complained about the faul language being used against me in front of other customers. She also shares her private situation regarding her life with customers. What I drank and when I was at Durbanville Brauhaus was shared by her to the Public, showing that no one's privacy are guaranteed when you are at Durbanville Kapstadt Brauhaus which is very disturbing regarding going against the POPIA act. I think it is necessary that other people are aware of this and how one bad Manageress can cause so much harm to the name of Brauhaus in general. I have complained and sent emails - not one has been answered. I hope other customers will take this review serious and be vigilant about how this staff member can do as she pleases without intervention from the owner.

25 Jan 2024, 20:26I have also been banned from Kapstadt Brauhaus Durbanville for confronting the manager about her behavior. I wasn't informed about this decision. When I phoned to make a booking for a work function I was informed when I gave my name. This is what happens when the Manager makes decisions based on her own personal experience of complaining customers. She wants me to keep quiet but I will make people aware of her faul language towards me in Brauhaus Durbanville and in front of many customers. The Manager said she can ban whoever she doesn't like which in my opinion is very disturbing for the reputation of this business.
