Hi Ashley, I'm genuinely disappointed by your review, especially considering the amount of time and care I put into helping you — despite the fact that no session was ever confirmed or paid for. Here are some key facts for anyone reading this:
- We were in communication for over three weeks (from 21 March to 10 April).
- I responded to every message ( we exchanged over 70 messages) across multiple platforms, including WhatsApp and email — often within minutes.
- I provided two different pricing options, explained the difference clearly, and even accommodated your request for a shoot with horses.
- You asked for a weekend shoot, but were informed multiple times that weekends are reserved for weddings, which is the core of my business.
- I offered four weekday options (5–8 May), explained that we’re based in the Vaal, and even gave a detailed travel rate of R5.50/km when you asked about Krugersdorp.
- You confirmed you’d be securing the location — and I waited while you arranged it — only to have you request a date I had already explained was unavailable.
After all this, you didn’t book a session, yet chose to leave a 1-star public review, claiming the process was like "pulling teeth." That’s incredibly unfair and untrue. Small businesses like mine rely on honest, respectful interaction. I strive to offer personal attention and transparent information to every client. While I understand if the schedule didn’t work out for you, this review does not reflect the reality of our interaction. Wishing you the best with your photoshoot.
