It seems the service delivery business is not what it once was. Attempting to book a photoshoot was like pulling teeth. I would suggest that information, such as travel costs, availability, booking of venues, be clearly outlined. When sending emails and links are not working, to resend the correct links. I see that on Google, there are other bad reviews, so it seems I dodged a bullet.
I am bitterly disappointed in Alexander Forbes!!!!! My husband has been phoning them daily, and every time they have a new excuse as to why his Pension fund has not been paid out. There are conflicting stories: 1. It's still in its disinvestment stage. 2. They are waiting for his company to pay the last instalment, 3. They will pay out the fund without waiting for the last instalment. 4. They will not pay out the fund without the last instalment. This is incredibly frustrating, as we need this money to survive. It really shouldn't be this hard. Is there an Ombudsman that we can escalate this matter to?
