Kargo damages your parcals

I ordered a kayak from someone to be couriered to George's warehouse from Durban. The Kayak came here with holes and scratches. I wouldn't recommend Kargo for anyone transferring fragile goods because they cannot take care of it. Absolutely pathetic. They can see it is a fragile craft and they continued to mishandled it during the shipment.
