Kargo delivered our shipment at lightning speed.
We placed an order with a supplier in Johannesburg on a Friday morning and received it mid-morning in Nelspruit the next day (Saturday). This is an amazing service.

Kargo - First World service in Africa !
A truly World class Company offering world class service. From the Drivers and their assistants all the way to Natasha Rigby - what a fabulous company to deal with. I never knew that shipping was so easy till I moved over to Kargo. Well done - We think you are rather cool !

No accountability.
Unpackaged our well wrapped items and stacked them on top of each causing damage. Would not pay to replace the items as they "were not insured" even though the damage was caused by their gross negligence (thus not requiring the insurer).

Kargo damages your parcals
I ordered a kayak from someone to be couriered to George's warehouse from Durban. The Kayak came here with holes and scratches. I wouldn't recommend Kargo for anyone transferring fragile goods because they cannot take care of it. Absolutely pathetic. They can see it is a fragile craft and they continued to mishandled it during the shipment.

Kargo damages your parcals

They are the worst courier service in South Africa! Phoned them on Monday and they guaranteed delivery to my house on Wednesday (it's even on the note). Today they just say, nope never said that, only Friday. And that's tough

Bad Truck Driver
Good Day , I would like to bring to your attention,that one of your trucks on the road almost made me make an accident ,forcing me to move into another lane passing over a solid line ,if I didn't move he would of probably drove over my car ,with me and my kids in . I very disappointed and disgusted 😔 with the performs of this diver and he's colleague, I almost died .please note I took pictures of the truck as this driver does not deserve to be working for your company ...Putting people's life in danger Kind Regards Joy 0658944054

Kargo patience is remarkable!!
We had a very heavy parcel sent to us and we needed to organize for a forklift to get the pallet off the truck. So we did get a guy to come and help us , but an hour before the truck came, the guy said he will not be able to make it. So we struggled to find another forklift. And we did. Well the truck came, a little bit later than we were told, to be expected with these roads. we phoned for the forklift to come and the trafic to escort it. The forklift was busy then with something else and could not come immediately. So we all had to wait for the forklift. But the Kargo people were so friendly and waited with.us. I was the one who lost it, but they waited patiently for the forklift. I just want to thank the drivers for being so understanding and for knowing it was out of our hands. Keep up the great work. You are both beautiful people!!

Brilliant service from Andre in Durban branch
Ordered a toyota part on thursday afternoon from pretoria and it was delivered to my door on Friday afternoon , brilliant service , Andre from the Durban branch constantly followed up and ensured that I got my part before the weekend
