Cell C's retarded way of authenticating their customers

Hi To whom it may concern Cell C has a very retarded idiotic authentication method. First of all, who in the world memorizes the five last dialed numbers? Secondly who on earth knows exactly how long someone has a contract for? Whoever invented this method of authentication by asking really unstrategic questions as a way of helping customers is an absolute retard. I am willing to pay to finish my remaining months with Cell C. All the other service providers use fingerprints and ID authentication, you guys are pathetic. We couldn't do an upgrade with Cell C and are so happy we didn't. 0781173498

Capitec does not give clear feedback why their applicants are unsuccesful

I app**** for a credit card and gave them everything they wanted. I waited and got no feedback. Then I got a random sms telling me that my application was unsuccessful. They didn't indicate why and I found that my name is clean with zero judgements against my name. I feel I deserve a clear answer why

Kargo damages your parcals

I ordered a kayak from someone to be couriered to George's warehouse from Durban. The Kayak came here with holes and scratches. I wouldn't recommend Kargo for anyone transferring fragile goods because they cannot take care of it. Absolutely pathetic. They can see it is a fragile craft and they continued to mishandled it during the shipment.
