JHB SURGERY HOSPITAL 2nd Floor Laboratory. Cancer patients do not need to be exposed to staff who know not what they do !!! After being in the ONCOLOGY system for over 4 months already - I know that the person lodging the blood test just has to punch in the I.D. number to get the medical aid details. The Driver for Lancet Laboratories sitting behind the desk receiving patients - who have spent thousands upon thousands with your laboratories, does not and SHOULD NOT be exposed to medical patients. Being a driver - he would not know this little snippet of important information. Generally - people who know nothing about the system should not be sitting behind the desk receiving your paying clients. Appalling that we are treated like second class citizens when we are at the most vulnerable time of our lives. Please ensure that the staff KNOW not to allow the driver to receive patients !!!

1. Useless. From communication to delivery - disgusting !! 2. UNRELIABLE 3. They only place the order with China once you start complaining about the disgusting UNRELIABLE service. 4. ALL goods are imported from China. Nowhere on their UNRELIABLE web page do they tell you they order each and individual product from China. They do not keep stock. 5. You then start the phoning game - you are caller number 27 and the estimated hold time is 39 minutes. I am on caller number 9 and 8 minutes to wait - I will not let this go ! 6. Eventually after all the anger and frustration of having to deal with untrained telephone staff - the courier phones you saying he is outside - please open up. Courier has been given the incorrect details by the UNRELIABLE STORE !!!!! He has gone to Parkhurst Streets and not Linden Streets. 7. Never deal with this UNRELIABLE company. 8. Lodge a complaint with Payfast South Africa - telephone number - 021 300 4455. 8. Complain on their social media platforms.
You keep on warning us about keeping ourselves safe from fraudsters and then do the exact same opposite to us when you phone us !!!! When you phone me and If you need to speak to me about ANYTHING relating to my bank accounts - you have my details - you have my profile open in front of you - you know who I am, you know my entire history - I DO NOT KNOW WHO YOU ARE !!!!!!!! You need to authenticate yourself when you speak to me and want my information. Telling me your name is Lorraine and you are from F.N.B. and that this call is being recorded - any fraudster from anywhere in the world could be phoning me - HOW WOULD I KNOW ?? When is FNB going to get it that 1980's style of your clients authenticating themselves to phone calls is so last century ?? I will not - note - WILL NOT - authenticate myself to any phone calls from F.N.B. Send me an email and I will deal with your questions.
A S.I.M.P.L.E. CONFIRMATION LETTER What a catastrophe to try and speak to anyone who advertises HOW MAY WE HELP YOU !!!! Staff being paid to stay home during lock down. Staff need confirmation of their accounts. Being told that they can go online to their online banking app and download their confirmation letters. OR Pop in to the branch - after breaking lockdown, sitting in a taxi, standing in your bank to get a Condirmation letter. REALLY ? 21st century banking ... really ?? As an account holder - over 40 year history - I cannot apply from my bank for ACCOUNT CONFIRMATIONS on behalf of my staff ? There is no personal information other than the account number and their I.d. numbers which I have supplied to you !!!! Most MORBID bank to deal with and allowing clients to be exposed to breaking LOCKDOWN because YOUR staff DO NOT UNDERSTAND what it is that I require. What does one have to do to get you to 1. ANSWER YOUR PHONES and 2. STOP DUMPING our calls. 3. Employ staff who actually understand what your clients require. You will not be remembered as on of the greats after this crisis - imagine those poor poor people trying to phone you with no airtime on their mobiles. You make my stomach turn !

In my normal round of shopping and using service providers - I always opt for Support local - it is the right thing to do. #supportlocal when the crisis is over - they need it more ! We were in Lockdown one week before everyone else was and Gonk in Linden delivered the most amazing package with things we had ordered and things we did not order - just to make our lockdown a little more tasty !! Knowing your locals and supporting them truly counts in days like this. We got Easter Eggs and a Bottle of wine plus the best service ever. Since enquiring about an upgrade on Monday at your Cresta branch - my data bundles have changed - without MY permission - MY MTN CHOICE Price plan credit limit changed. All 65.000 of my valueless points have been transferred to ********** 935. I have never transferred my points since the inception of mobile phones in this country and should your RICA SYSTEM be functioning correctly - I would like to know WHO transferred these points and to Whom ?? Very strange that we made enquiries about upgrading and the very next day our data bundle changes and the points disappear . Maybe a little inside information that we need to know about when walking into your stores to upgrade ? How on earth can an outsider transfer points from our account into someone else’s account without us knowing ??????
