Kargo patience is remarkable!!

We had a very heavy parcel sent to us and we needed to organize for a forklift to get the pallet off the truck. So we did get a guy to come and help us , but an hour before the truck came, the guy said he will not be able to make it. So we struggled to find another forklift. And we did. Well the truck came, a little bit later than we were told, to be expected with these roads. we phoned for the forklift to come and the trafic to escort it. The forklift was busy then with something else and could not come immediately. So we all had to wait for the forklift. But the Kargo people were so friendly and waited with.us. I was the one who lost it, but they waited patiently for the forklift. I just want to thank the drivers for being so understanding and for knowing it was out of our hands. Keep up the great work. You are both beautiful people!!
