I am lost for words of the poor customer services I have been getting from these people that we have to use for school payments. I have now been struggling more than a month for them to allocate a payment. They are rude when they phone you and really dont want to help. I was asked to supply the proof of payment which I did on the 30th of Dec 2025. Still those funds are not allocated to my sons school activities. How must one work with a company that really does not care about any support or customer services.
This is even the 2nd time I am posting on Hello Peter with the hope that this long ongoing issue can be resolved. This is not a huge request, it is just a request to action a simple task.
