We went for breakfast Saterday morning, however we were terribly disappointed in the food and service, when the food arrived it was cold. We ordered 2 cheese burgers - it was so cold the cheese did not even melt. It was so tasteless however we did pay and we will never ever go back there. TERRBILE SERVICE AND FOOD
I work for a big dealership with a few branches, I have today only held on for 3 hours just to follow up 1 invoice for payment which was sent through to Wesbank FMR in the beginning of March. If someone at Wesbank feels that they want to assist please get into contact with me - I have sent a few mails aswell pertaining to this one invoice - I am not sure if we should rather tell your policy holders that we are not getting payments on time and are having issues, so that they can rather claim directly from you and then pay for their services with us. I really feel this is not good customer services.
I am lost for words of the poor customer services I have been getting from these people that we have to use for school payments. I have now been struggling more than a month for them to allocate a payment. They are rude when they phone you and really dont want to help. I was asked to supply the proof of payment which I did on the 30th of Dec 2025. Still those funds are not allocated to my sons school activities. How must one work with a company that really does not care about any support or customer services. This is even the 2nd time I am posting on Hello Peter with the hope that this long ongoing issue can be resolved. This is not a huge request, it is just a request to action a simple task.
I have never in my life had such bad service. I paid via the Karri app for some of my sons school expenses - this was in Dec 2025 - I was called to provide the Proof of Payment which I did on the 30th of Dec 2025 - via email to them. I have sent so many emails as I saw that the funds I paid was still not allocated to that activity that I paid for (app that schools use to make it easier for parents to pay) - On Friday last week which was the 23 of Jan 2026 almost a month later I followed up again - Just to hear oh no you attached the incorrect proof of payment . . . . . I ask you - I was phoned on Saturday and spoke to a rude lady - no mam on Monday this will be sorted - so today is Tuesday - nothing has been sorted out!!! I really dont know how I need to get this sorted out anymore - paying for my sons things and then it not being allocated ....
