I'm extremely disappointed about my experience at Kauai, Virgin Active Dainfern this morning. After completing my workout, I headed to the counter to place my order, patiently waiting for the gentleman in front of me to finish his transaction. He purchased two bottles of water, and once he was done, I approached the cashier, expecting to place my order. However, I was taken aback when the cashier informed me that they were not yet open and couldn't assist me .
I was confused, to say the least. The gentleman in front of me had just been served, and I was wondering why I was being told they weren't open. I decided to note my feedback and headed to the changing rooms, hoping that maybe there was some sort of misunderstanding. But here's the thing – literally a minute later, I walked out, and the same cashier was assisting another couple.Why was I told they couldn't assist me if they were going to serve other customers immediately after?
The lack of clear communication and inconsistent service is what really got me frustrated. If Kauai at Dainfern Virgin Active isn't open or is experiencing delays, why isn't there a massive sign indicating their trading hours or a notice explaining the situation? It's frustrating that other customers were being served while I was left in the unattended.
I honestly felt this morning that Kauai at Dainfern Virgin Active don't value or serve customers like me. Given the circumstances, I'm afraid this will be my last visit to this branch. This experience has left a sour taste in my mouth. Kauai at Dainfern, you can do better – just be transparent and communicate with your customers.
