Best Food , Best Music, Best People , Best Service!!!!!!!!!
We spent our anniversary at Bowl'd Restaurant, Bar & Lounge today and it was truly an unforgettable experience. We were treated like royalty from the moment we walked in. Our waiter, Sibusiso Dlamini, was absolutely incredible. He went above and beyond to ensure that we enjoyed every moment of our special day. The food was phenomenal, the music was fantastic, and the ambiance was mesmerizing. Every aspect of the restaurant came together to create a truly perfect evening. I'd like to extend a big thank you to Sibusiso Dlamini for making our anniversary even more special. If you're looking for a spot to impress someone special, I highly recommend Bowl'd Restaurant, Bar & Lounge. It's a great choice for a romantic evening out or any occasion where you want to feel like a VIP. The service, food, and atmosphere are top-notch, and we can't wait to come back.

The BEST SPA in Johannesburg!!!!!!
We are still on cloud nine after our Aspire Day Spa experience! Celebrating our anniversary there was the perfect move. Mpumi and Sharon, you guys are THE BEST - those massages were LIFE CHANGING. We felt like we were walking on air. But it wasn't just the treatments, it was the whole vibe. The staff were so lovely and welcoming, made us feel like royalty. Big shoutout to management, you've got an amazing team! This is a must-visit spot. From the sauna, steam rooms, facilities everything was on point. A special mention Mpumi, you're a rockstar and you made this anniversary one for the books.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!!!!
I'm extremely disappointed about my experience at Kauai, Virgin Active Dainfern this morning. After completing my workout, I headed to the counter to place my order, patiently waiting for the gentleman in front of me to finish his transaction. He purchased two bottles of water, and once he was done, I approached the cashier, expecting to place my order. However, I was taken aback when the cashier informed me that they were not yet open and couldn't assist me . I was confused, to say the least. The gentleman in front of me had just been served, and I was wondering why I was being told they weren't open. I decided to note my feedback and headed to the changing rooms, hoping that maybe there was some sort of misunderstanding. But here's the thing – literally a minute later, I walked out, and the same cashier was assisting another couple.Why was I told they couldn't assist me if they were going to serve other customers immediately after? The lack of clear communication and inconsistent service is what really got me frustrated. If Kauai at Dainfern Virgin Active isn't open or is experiencing delays, why isn't there a massive sign indicating their trading hours or a notice explaining the situation? It's frustrating that other customers were being served while I was left in the unattended. I honestly felt this morning that Kauai at Dainfern Virgin Active don't value or serve customers like me. Given the circumstances, I'm afraid this will be my last visit to this branch. This experience has left a sour taste in my mouth. Kauai at Dainfern, you can do better – just be transparent and communicate with your customers.

Absolutely The BEST!!!!!!!!!!
Life threw us a curveball on a public holiday, but McDonogh & Co. (Pty) hit a home run with such incredible service. Slinidile, our consultant, was an absolute rockstar with immediate help, empathy, and a human touch when we needed it most. We didn't just get insurance, we got a team that CARES. This is how insurance should be. Big shoutout to Slinidile and the whole McDonogh & Co (Pty) team for making a stressful situation a whole lot easier.A special mention to Tumi Mogorosi who was helpful in and absolutely amazing in guiding us accordingly. Absolutely shocking bad service!!!!!!!!
We had an absolutely horrible experience at Mozambik Gateway! As we walked in, the waiter seemed uninterested as she rolled her eyes and then told us we can’t sit at a table which she said was reserved but had no signage to indicate same Then, when we sat down, I asked if they had a charger for our phone and she rudely rep****"nobody has a charger in this restaurant for your phone" and rolled her eyes again. To top it off, she returned and threw the menus at our table and stormed off. We didn't even bother staying and immediately left. This was honestly the most shocking experience ever from an establishment like this.Would not recommend Mozambik Gateway!

I'm blown away by the incredible service at Willard Xpress Fourways! They went above and beyond to help me out when I needed a battery urgently. Despite not having stock, they sourced one from another store and had it sorted same day. Huge shoutout to Sizwe, James, and Vis for their exceptional expertise, advice, and customer care. They didn't just sell me a battery, they ensured I was sorted and happy. If you're looking for top-notch battery service, I HIGHLY recommend Willard Xpress Fourways. Too much fun!!!!!!
We had an absolute blast doing activities with *Leap Adventures - Cayley* during our stay at Cayley Mountain Resort. Honestly, there's a wealth of things to do here, but we were especially excited about the boat ride and the quad bike experience, they did NOT disappoint. A massive thank you to Elson, Nicholas and Lucky. These guys made every activity we did incredibly enjoyable! Their passion, expertise, and infectious energy added so much to the experience. If you're heading to Cayley Mountain Resort and want to make the most of the adventures, we'd highly recommend asking for Elson, Nicholas, and Lucky you won't regret it. Whether it was the thrill of the quad bikes or the scenic boat ride, every moment was memorable thanks to the awesome team at Leap Adventures - Cayley.

Our experience at the Body Bliss Day Spa Cayley Mountain Resort was nothing short of extraordinary.This was one of those rare spa moments that lingers long after you've left! We don't often indulge in spa treatments on holiday, but this was honestly so worth it. From stepping into the serene steam room to soaking in the tranquil ambiance of the treatment room, every detail felt meticulously crafted for ultimate relaxation. The true highlight was the massage experience, Andiswa and Nicky were absolute maestros! Their skill, care and intuition took us to a place of deep bliss. We felt rejuvenated afterwards that we actually were considering to extend our stay longer – they truly worked their magic! Huge thanks to *Andiswa & Nicky* for treating us like royalty and crafting an experience we'll cherish for a long time. They made sure every moment was memorable. We can't wait to return to Cayley Lodge and indulge in another round of bliss at the Body Bliss Day Spa.
