17 Mar 2018, 19:26I started using KCS Group (PTY) LTD as WiFi service provider in Nelspruit, Mpumalanga. During the last quarter of 2017 I was due to relocate. I informed KCS Group (PTY) LTD of this fact and requested assistance with the relocation of my wifi installation to my new address. This was September 2017. I had no reply from KCS Group (PTY) LTD and eventually I removed the installation myself because I had a deadline to vacate the premises. In January 2018 that I tried again to contact KCS Group (PTY) LTD via mail and phone and I forwarded the original mail to KCS Group (PTY) LTD ********** to indicate the date when I first requested for assistance. I also created a "job ticket" on the newly created KCS Group (PTY) LTD porthole but with no result to this day. I contacted KCS Group (PTY) LTD again at the end of January 2018 and I referred to the mail I send earlier. The KCS Group (PTY) LTD manager in Baberton where they are located apologized profusely after I mentioned the fact that I would like to move my business elsewhere. I was assured that I would be attended to and eventually after
1. removing my installation myself (not KCS Group (PTY) LTD)
2. many many mails and phone calls
3. and 3 months without WiFi coverage because of no installation at my new residence
KCS Group (PTY) LTD finally arrived and did the installation within 30-40 minutes! On the KCS Group (PTY) LTD they advertise a 24h/r, 7 d/pw service yet I waited around 3 months and only after a very serious complaint, I received any attention.
After the installation I continued with my payments of R799p/m. Payments are made in advance and my most recent payment was made on March the 2nd, 2018. I had no issues until the 16th of March when my service was cut off. Miraculously I got hold of KCS Group (PTY) LTD by phone immediately and I was issued with an account in access of R2500. This account was stacked up from the first time I moved in 2017 and it included missed payments and missed debit orders. I was charged for a service that I didn't even have and they were aware of this fact but still they knowingly billed me without any communication or attempt to solve this issue. I requested a breakdown of the account and a copy of my contract. I am charged in advance every month and if I don't pay, my service are suspended, it is based on the same principal that DSTV would charge me. No payment, no service. I Started a business in February and I asked for assistance after I had some difficulties with a certificate that was blocked on my new business outlook e-mail account. I wanted to ask for assistance to see if there was any fault on my side or was the problem on the WiFi licencing side. To this day I had no feedback and assistance and the problem persists. All my communications was done mostly by mail and after no response I called. When I received the bill I called KCS Group (PTY) LTD and during our call I had to end the call suddenly. I requested a call back but again, to this day, I received no call back and no response. I had quite enough at this stage and thus, I ended up logging this complaint with KCS Group (PTY) LTD. I will not accept the bill issued by KCS Group (PTY) LTD.
