I visited Kedar Lodge for the first time(17 June 2024), expecting a pleasant dining experience. Unfortunately, my expectations were not met. The food quality was subpar, and the fruit salad was rotten. To make matters worse, the food took over an hour to arrive, and when it did, it was ice-cold.
When I brought my concerns to Manager Sarah's attention, she was uninterested in resolving the issue. Instead, she was adamant that we pay the bill in full, despite the poor food and service. Her attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, and she failed to offer any compensation.
During our conversation, she made a personal and inappropriate comment, saying "I'm glad you're not married." This remark was unprofessional, unacceptable, and left me feeling uncomfortable and disrespected.
Overall, my experience at Kedar Lodge was unsatisfactory, and I would not recommend it to others. The lack of concern for customer satisfaction, combined with the unprofessional behavior of the manager, makes it a place to avoid.

Will I return?No, I will not be visiting Kedar Lodge again. I will also be sharing my negative experience with friends, family, and online platforms to ensure others are aware of the poor standards and unacceptable behavior of the management.
