I visited Kedar Lodge for the first time(17 June 2024), expecting a pleasant dining experience. Unfortunately, my expectations were not met. The food quality was subpar, and the fruit salad was rotten. To make matters worse, the food took over an hour to arrive, and when it did, it was ice-cold. When I brought my concerns to Manager Sarah's attention, she was uninterested in resolving the issue. Instead, she was adamant that we pay the bill in full, despite the poor food and service. Her attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, and she failed to offer any compensation. During our conversation, she made a personal and inappropriate comment, saying "I'm glad you're not married." This remark was unprofessional, unacceptable, and left me feeling uncomfortable and disrespected. Overall, my experience at Kedar Lodge was unsatisfactory, and I would not recommend it to others. The lack of concern for customer satisfaction, combined with the unprofessional behavior of the manager, makes it a place to avoid. I'm a resident at Etude Estate and Afhco cut of my electricity claiming that they did not receive my payment because someone did not do their job. I haven't proof of payments to Johaness and Customers Care and they said they won't assist to reconnect my electricity. What pains me is because I have a 3 month baby who drinks formula and I can't feed my child because someone did not do their job. The service delivery is extremely bad. If you are looking for property agents STAY AWAY FROM AFHCO PROPERTIES.
1.I've complain about the stove about 2 months ago and nothing has been done. My biggest mistake of moving in here. 2. They suspended my meter numbers claiming that they did not receive my payment because someone did not do their job. 3. The service delivery is extremely poor.
I was mugged towards month end of March this year(2020)and till this day I have not received help from this insurance and I've called them more than 3 times(24 June 2020). And every time I call them they send me to and fro. I deeply regret insuring my device with them. They are unreasonable and unreliable.
