Disappointing Customer Service

I have been a loyal customer at Keedo Mall of Africa for years, but my recent experience has left me deeply disappointed. During my visit in March to purchase clothes for my 4-year-old daughter, I encountered unacceptable behavior from one of the cashiers.

Upon asking for a size appropriate for my daughter's age, the cashier made hurtful comments, suggesting that my daughter looked much younger than her actual age. Not only was this remark uncalled for, but it also made me feel disrespected and belittled as a customer.

As someone who has frequented this store for years, I expected better treatment and professionalism from the staff. It's disheartening to be met with such insensitivity, especially when shopping for my child.

I hope that Keedo takes this feedback seriously and addresses the need for better training and customer service standards among its employees. As a result of this experience, I am hesitant to return to Keedo Mall of Africa in the future.
