I bought items from Keedo online. They delivered my items and upon inspection I found the bag I bought was damaged. The same day I booked a return. It has been a week and no one has contacted me yet. It is still showing on their website logged as a return but I get no response even via emails that I send. There is no contact number for online purchases. This is very unproffesional as I always buy from them and this is the first time that I do a return.
