I placed an order with Makro on the 4th February and my items was delivered on the 6th February. When I got home I discovered that one of my items were missing and immediately sent an email regarding the missing item. The next day I contacted them via whatsapp and was told they would escalate the problem and will get back to me. The 10th February I sent them another message on whatsapp and was told they will escalate the problem. I asked them what was the outcome of the first escalation and my whatsapp was dropped and was given another agent. Its the 11th today and I still havent received any feedback.
I bought items from Keedo online. They delivered my items and upon inspection I found the bag I bought was damaged. The same day I booked a return. It has been a week and no one has contacted me yet. It is still showing on their website logged as a return but I get no response even via emails that I send. There is no contact number for online purchases. This is very unproffesional as I always buy from them and this is the first time that I do a return.
Good day I purchased items from Woolworths online on the 22nd of December 2023. The delivery date was first on the 27th December and then changed to 2nd January 2024. Today 3rd January i checked online to see when my items will be delivered it showed it was delivered on the 2nd January 2024. I phoned their customer care to be advised that the last update from the courier service was on the 27th of December 2023 and nothing further. They couldn't even track my package or give me a tracking number from the courier company. I was then advised that they will escalate the query bjt it would take up to 48hrs to give me an update. This is by far the worst online experience and actually the first time I purchase an item online from Woolworths.
Good day I joined Bonitas Medical Aid in October. I was advised that I should eft the premium for the month of October as it is already in the second week of the month then the end of October they will just deduct the premium for November month. I then proceeded and made an eft for October but the end of the month they did a double debit order for October and November even though I eft'd the October premium already. I then phoned them and was advised they obly process refunds after the 7th of each month. On the 6th November I phoned them again and was advised that they received my request and that my query is at the credit department and my money will be refunded in 5 business days. Today the 15th I phoned them again to follow up as there is still no refund in my account. I was then advised that me refund was never escalated to the credit department they will escalate it now and I need to wait another 5 business days for it to be processed. I am so ****ed off as I have been sendjng mails and phoning them since the 26st of October and my problem is still not solved.
I am struggling to get through to Nedbanks legal department. This is so frustrating.
I placed an order on the 31st of May and has still not been delivered. I sent an follow-up email to find out why my order still shows in progress to which they rep**** a week later to say that they will escalate the problem. Two weeks later still no reply from Makro and an order still showing in progress but it was deducted from my account already. Its been three weeks now and still nothing from Makro
I placed an order on the 6th February 2023. My items came in drips and drabs. I am still waiting for 5 items to be delivered. I've been phoning this whole week and they keep on telling me a courier company came to collect it. They just say DVS but they cant give a tracking number. I have spoken to three different people this week and everyone giving me a different story.
I purchased an item online and it was too small. I sent it back and waited two weeks for the item to be replaced. Today I receive the parcel and it was a pair of children shoes instead of the item I ordered. I tried phoning the store and they just take my details with no response. I even send emails to the online manager with no response.
I ordered items online on the 30th January and my parcels was given to Dawn Wing on the 1st February for delivery. I received a reference number and was told delivery will be on the 2nd February. I made several calls and was told it would be delivered. Today is the 4th February and the couriers are giving me the run around and no one knows where the parcel is and when it would be delivered. I escalated the problem and everytime I get told that someone will phone me back but no one reaponds to my calls.
I bought a pair of shoes online on the 20th November. I was charged a R100 extra for delivery fees yet the first online delivery is free. they revered the R100 on the 28th November. I kept on phoning them to ask when will my order be delivered they kept on telling me they waiting on the couriers to collect on from the date of purchase the delivery time is 7 working days. Today i contacted Street Fever just to be told the couriers collected the order last week and that I can contact them to track the order. I contacted the couriers and was told that they cant pick up the weigh bill number on their system. Please tell me who is lying because this is the worst experience ever.
