I bought 2 tickets for a certain price in a certain seating block. 2 days later I bought another 2 tickets in the same block. The computer showed the same price. I did not notice that the credit card payment auth was now R320 more expensive for 2 tickets. I wrote to them. They declined a refund for the overpayment. Nothing I could do as they had the credit card details.

I bought a pair of Reebok Royal CM9099 tekkies for my son on the 27th of November 2022. The tekkie tore in the month of January 2023. I went to the Bellville store were I bought the tekkies and it was supposibly sent to their Head office for an assessment. The area manager promised to phone me back and never did. I phone the store a week later for feedback and I was told that they are not going to replace nor fix my tekkies. The staff was rude and very unhelpful. I asked for the Head Office number and they gave me the wrong number. I am still within my right with regards to their exchange and replace policy when it comes to defective goods. Never ever will I shop or refer someone to buy at their store again. Their name says it all Street.... because they treat you like you are garbage that was picked up in the street

Still have not received my online order.. It's been a month now. Went to their Blue Route mall a week ago but they said they can't help. I must wait for the lady that deals with queries to come back from maternity leave.

Bought shoes at street fever empangeni mall on 07/10/2022 andbthe shoes are torn and the soles cracked. On the back of the tillslip they stated that there is a 6 months return policy. The shop does want to give credit. Was willing to add money and buy a better tipe of shoe but they does not want to.

I made an online purchase on the 28th of November, still awaiting for my order but they said it takes 10 working days for them to deliver it. Been complaining on their Facebook page they just full of promises on delivering the order.. Last email they sent me was on Wednesday that I will receive the order yesterday. Been trying to call them on their number provided on Facebook but there is no answer.

I will never ever recommend anyone to by online from Street Fever. according to their online terms and conditions, the delivery is 7 days when i asked about my package they informed me that it is 15 working days. What is the use of buying online? I could have gone in the store and i would have had my package now. The 15 days expire on the 14th of December however the package has not yet been dispatched.

Worst service and untrained stuff, i don't know why, Street fever stuff have zero knowledge of their stock or a simply explanation to their terms and conditions, when relating to at least, they should check for you, which of their stores has what you looking for. They treat you bad knowing you won't do anything about it, cause i have been to some Street Fever shops and they have one thing in common. THEY ALL DON'T KNOW THE HEAD OFFICE NUMBER. Even if you google search for it, you don't find it, which makes me assume, the problem is with the management, the upper department (Head office)
