I love Total garage, i use it 2 or 3 times a week , but there is this guy, wish i could get his name, he is always rude and mean, on 14-11-24, i also have the proof for the time i was there, for CCTV,the petrol attendant was this time more than worse, he shouted at me and to make matters worse, all this was caused by because i asked the other attendent (Peter) to help me , cause i thought they didnt see me, then he snapped upto an extent that he wanted to get physical with me and when i asked for the manager he wasn't any way to be seen, i assume the manager is the one promoting bad service in that garage, teach your stuff service cause there are 5 garages in Observatory but we choose you and you mistreat us, for what, for being Loyal and yet he wasnt even apologetic about it
So disappointed by Pick n Pay Observatory Cape Town. I went there on Friday, wanted to buy those 6 packs by 2 Long life milk and was told that the milk was out of stock and i asked them, that cant i get those loose one liters x 12 to make up for that special and that lady wearing Red refused, disappointed , i left to find something to buy, when i was walking passing that shelf i see this guy and a lady, talking about its the same when you get 12 one liters or the sealed and there's a bar code for it. I got them and paid and went home happy Pick n Pay do trainings on your Stuffs please
Received the Best product, Value for your money, Thanks Take Alot for the actual product advertised, another amazing thing, it was delivered a day earlier and it was perfect timing as it was a surprise for my, she is in love with her new Robogem Smart Air Fryer 6.5lt, also its Wi-Fi enabled, so she loves the fact that, she just controls it with her phone I highly recommend this product from Take Alot, also thumbs up to the delivery guy, happy soul, didnt manage to catch his name
Worst service and untrained stuff, i don't know why, Street fever stuff have zero knowledge of their stock or a simply explanation to their terms and conditions, when relating to at least, they should check for you, which of their stores has what you looking for. They treat you bad knowing you won't do anything about it, cause i have been to some Street Fever shops and they have one thing in common. THEY ALL DON'T KNOW THE HEAD OFFICE NUMBER. Even if you google search for it, you don't find it, which makes me assume, the problem is with the management, the upper department (Head office)
First time shopping in Pick n Pay Cavendish Square, the service was on point, not compared to Pick n Pay family Observatory, the cashier who helped me was very friendly even though, i also asked for cash back, she quickly said how much sir, despite that, she was an old lady, who treats every with respect, forgot her name. Great service
One thing i noticed about Street Fever is,their customer service is very poor and they do it on purpose because they know, the Head office, gives them the go ahead 1-There's no street fever shop, which gives the head office number 2-You send them a message on Facebook they don't reply 3- Ordering in Street fever its at your own risk 4-i ordered Instore and was charge delivery fee,cause they didn't have that stock, which i paid,no problem 5-its now 3 weeks still haven't received my stuff
