Rude staff at Keitzman Auto Exchange (Finance)

I just phoned their office on number 0100150005. After quite a long wait, a guy answered the phone and simply said “There is no one here, phone tomorrow”

What the hell guys? It is 15h50 on a Wednesday afternoon, 27 March 2024 and that’s how you answer your phone?

There is something seriousely wrong with your attitude and business and phone etiquette. That is definitely not how a company should answer any phone call ever.

They are based in Randburg but I don’t know how they still have a dealership with this rude way of doing any kind of business.
