Rude staff at Keitzman Auto Exchange (Finance)
I just phoned their office on number 0100150005. After quite a long wait, a guy answered the phone and simply said “There is no one here, phone tomorrow” What the hell guys? It is 15h50 on a Wednesday afternoon, 27 March 2024 and that’s how you answer your phone? There is something seriousely wrong with your attitude and business and phone etiquette. That is definitely not how a company should answer any phone call ever. They are based in Randburg but I don’t know how they still have a dealership with this rude way of doing any kind of business.

Absolutely THE worst 2nd hand car sales/finance company I have EVER worked with. They constantly make mistakes with the finance contracts. Forget to bring all the paper that you need to sign. The finance advisor is the most unfriendly and ill mannered advisor I ever met. On top of this the vehicle that we bought started giving problems within the first day of purchase and their response is that we have to pay extra for the mistake that they made or we need to fix the car ourselves. Absolutely pathetic service won't advise ANYONE to buy ANYTHING from them.

Dishonesty and Unethical conduct
This company bought my car from the agent and accessed and requested my NATIS documents from Wesbank without my consent. I never knew them until i went to Wesbank in person to enquirer and i was shown the entity that requested my documents. It seems Any Vehicle Finance which is the dealer that sold my car did not have relationship in place with Wesbank to process the deal . they then used the third party to sell the car. These guys are still owing me my proceeds after selling my car. Their buyer accessed by NATIS without my consent, then they did not pay me my proceeds which total to approximately R16K. After failing to provide me with proof of expenses they conspired with another third party to create fictitious invoice charging me R8000 for Kia 2.7 Truck Tyers. Up to today they have not given me my old tyers back and given me valid proof of the expenses. At first their supplier told us he does not keep continental tyers which they claim to have put in the vehicle. Both Any Vehicle Finance and Keitzman Finance are not honest with me. These two companies are taking me for granted and giving me a run around for my money. Worse when the other company partner is black, which is the reason is engaged in business with them at first. I feel like I am being robbed by my own.
