SO FRUSTRATING!! App**** 2 times for a contract online after which I get a response saying they will be in contact with me or someone will phone me... its been a week and a half and no response or contact from MTN... poor customer care. Considering changing networks to someone who wants new contracts.
I've been insured with them for 4 years now never claimed. When I eventually had a 3rd party claim it took them almost 3 weeks to finalise and approve the claim and worst of all the other party was also insured with them. On top off that they use this utterly useless panelbeater N4 Auto craft where my vehicle has been for the last two and a half weeks and they still don't have the side mirror that needs to be replaced. Would not advise anyone to take out a policy with them as their service is **** to say the least and no one bothers to follow up.
Absolutely useless!! My vehicle have been there for 2 and a half weeks already, they don't let you know what is going on except template emails that state your vehicle is in the panel beating shop. When you phone them they tell you that they don't have the parts . How can you operate a panelbeating shop which insurers use and book clients cars with you and don't pre order the parts. Would really recommend Momentum insurance to look for another panelbeater to use. Pathetic is the least I can say.
Absolutely THE worst 2nd hand car sales/finance company I have EVER worked with. They constantly make mistakes with the finance contracts. Forget to bring all the paper that you need to sign. The finance advisor is the most unfriendly and ill mannered advisor I ever met. On top of this the vehicle that we bought started giving problems within the first day of purchase and their response is that we have to pay extra for the mistake that they made or we need to fix the car ourselves. Absolutely pathetic service won't advise ANYONE to buy ANYTHING from them.
