The worse property agency ever.
Don’t ever deal with them. I could go on about my short experience with them but for the sake of keeping the little sanity I have left I’d rather not waste my time pouring it all out here but again have no dealings with them. You’ll end up regretting it.

The worse property agency ever.

KELLER WILLIAMS CHARMAINE AND WENDY
We had the most horrific experience with 3 of their agents: Charmaine, Wendy and Nkosi. They came into our house and started freaking out about the Kitchen. They went mad and I thought this must be a scheme.. it was aweful! They were extremely unprofessional. It looked like they were drunk or high on something 🥴 I politely asked them if they could go. The next day they sent aweful and disturbing messages to our employers. We are shocked and appalled. They are friendly up front, but what horrific people 😢

Family home is good hands
We sold our house in Centurion through the Die Hoewes branch and was more that satisfied with the service provided. Illanie Claassen always made an effort to keep us updated, as we live in Dubai and she did a wonderful job of promoting our family home is such a great way. I am happy to recommend Keller Williams if you want to sell or buy.

Family home is good hands

Illanie Claassen always made an effort to keep us updated, as we live in Dubai and she did a wonderful job of promoting our family home is such a great way. Worst Real Estate Service
My partner and i have had the worst experience with an agent by the name of Ngoni at the Sandton office. From his unprofessionalism when he came for the photshoot of our property-him and his friend just threw themselves on our couches anyhow as if they were friends of ours. We then heard absolutely no update from then-no call, email or information regarding out property that we entrusted to him to sell for us. He further was avoiding my partners phone calls until i had to call him from a number he didn’t know of which he picked up but failed to answer simple where have you been and what have you done questions. I requested an email of information which he failed to provide. Now, two weeks later i have contacted his agency directly and want to lay a complaint and delist with them. I myself am in property and know wha the process is to handle a client well and offer great service of which Ngoni and KW clearly know nothing about. I wouldn’t recommend them at all. I would never want to take a pay check out of a fellow agents hand but i was utterly disappointed.

Bad customer service by a property agent.
They listed a property for sale on property 24, send messages from the 10 October 2021, to be contacted by the agent, send whatup messages directly to the gentleman by the name Bongani Kabini, listed number of the property 110368298. I have been sending more messages to be contacted. The housing agents have not contacted me. It is the KW CLOCKWORK IN BENONI.
