My partner and i have had the worst experience with an agent by the name of Ngoni at the Sandton office. From his unprofessionalism when he came for the photshoot of our property-him and his friend just threw themselves on our couches anyhow as if they were friends of ours. We then heard absolutely no update from then-no call, email or information regarding out property that we entrusted to him to sell for us. He further was avoiding my partners phone calls until i had to call him from a number he didn’t know of which he picked up but failed to answer simple where have you been and what have you done questions. I requested an email of information which he failed to provide. Now, two weeks later i have contacted his agency directly and want to lay a complaint and delist with them. I myself am in property and know wha the process is to handle a client well and offer great service of which Ngoni and KW clearly know nothing about. I wouldn’t recommend them at all. I would never want to take a pay check out of a fellow agents hand but i was utterly disappointed.
We purchased a new iphone on wednesday(25/11/15) from vodacom and requested to port a prepaid simcard from mtn to the vodacom contract. We received two sms's stating the porting has been approved and we should visit a vodacom shop. Friday(27/11/15) we went back to the same vodacom shop and the consultant said they'll call us back in 30 minutes when the simcard is up and running. It is now saturday(28/11/15) and still no activation,old mtn simcard still works,new vodacom simcard in iphone says no service and did not receive any call/sms from vodacom on the porting date or what's happening. We called into the call centre endless amounts of times only to be told to relax,there is nothing thhey can do. Should I be regretting this move to om because right now,I really am.
