Oven issue

Good day,

Kindly be informed on the 1st of October 2022 I have moved in to One on Heather apartment with the company Keller Williams Explore Properties. On the 29th of November it was my first time using their oven and the door glass blasted while I was grilling the meat. Then I reported it, so I according to their policy they said they will come and fix it. Someone came and checked the oven the answer I got I will come and fix the oven. Till today my oven door is not fixed. I have tried to made so many follow up but still.
