I moved into Sanridge Heights Apartments, Unit 197B, on 16 November 2025. At the time, I moved in with only my living room furniture, as my bedroom furniture had not yet arrived. While waiting for my bed, I slept on the sofa and kept my clothes and a bucket in the bedroom. During this period, I noticed that the bucket in the bedroom had been urinated in. Initially, I thought this might have happened accidentally during the night. However, on 26 November 2025, while I was sleeping in the living room, the same incident occurred again. This made me feel very insecure and unsafe, as I could not identify what was causing this. Due to this situation, I delayed the delivery of my bed until I could understand what might be entering the bedroom. On 15 December 2025, I thoroughly cleaned the bedroom, locked the door, and closed all the windows before leaving to go home. When I returned on 4 January 2026 and went straight to the bedroom, I found unfami**** items and, once again, urine in the bucket. I live alone and have never slept in the bedroom since moving into the unit. This ongoing situation has caused me extreme distress, and I no longer feel safe or comfortable staying in this unit. I am unable to sleep at night due to fear and anxiety. I kindly request management’s urgent assistance, including a full investigation into this matter and an immediate transfer to another unit. I am genuinely concerned for my safety and would appreciate being transferred as soon as possible. Your cooperation and support in this matter will be greatly appreciated. They dont treat mmatter as urgent they keep on dragging me. Bianca is keep on telling me that they will respond to me. I need my deposit as soon as possible.
Good day, Please note that on 28 November 2024, I settled my account with MTN in full, including arrears, by making a payment of R4,213.00. Immediately after the payment, I sent the proof of payment to NuDebt and copied Noxolo Kheswa, the consultant assisting me. I requested a paid-up letter and asked for your system to be updated to reflect the settlement. On 30 December 2024, I followed up because I continued receiving calls from your team demanding a payment of R500. I explained that the account was fully settled and that I had already provided proof of payment. Despite resending the proof, your system still reflects the account as being in arrears. I am now receiving daily emails from NuDebt demanding R1,871.80, an amount I do not recognize or understand. I have asked repeatedly for clarity and for the issue to be resolved, but no progress has been made. On 10 June 2025, I contacted MTN directly. They confirmed that my account was updated on 29 November 2024, the day after my payment, and that I do not owe any outstanding amount. MTN also stated that NuDebt must correct this error, as the matter is no longer with them. Additionally, the account MTN has on record is now closed and does not match the one NuDebt is referencing. On the 25 June 2024 I placed an order on woolies dash online for delivery. So the driver could not manage to get hold of me then he returned the order to the shop in Mall of Africa. I called woolies dash to log a request for refund ,since from 26 June 2024 no one is attending my request I waited for 5 days then I called again how far is my refund still they saying my refund must be process with finance first but the whole five days they did not process my refund.
I was a tenent to their one of aparmtent , I moved out and serve 30 days notice , I follow all the procedure then they have to process my depost one of the Agent the name is Francois Muller mentioned that they dont have tenent and that will be cost for them and will result of not getting back my deposit, now they dragging to give me back my deposit, I have copy of the email regarding my lease and notifying them on time that I am moving out. I highly not recommend anyone to rent/buy to this property. I am failing to understand what is difficult to give me back my deposit so Francois Muller said I must take this further to the lawyers just because I want my deposit back. DONT RENT UNDER THIS COMPANY PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Dont rent any apartment under KWSA The service its very poor when you move out they wont give you your deposit even if its half . They will come up witb alot of stories

So today I have order again the same wine the taste was some how like or has expired but the taste its some how it was my 3rd taste. Poor Services I booked the Spa treatment for 13:00 but they attended me around 14:35 their services was really bad. I have booked bubble picnic and full body massage, but I did not get all the full services No hot stones the food was cold , No bubble picnic and poor services I regret for wasting my money. They dont even feel sorry about their bad service. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Good day, Kindly be informed on the 1st of October 2022 I have moved in to One on Heather apartment with the company Keller Williams Explore Properties. On the 29th of November it was my first time using their oven and the door glass blasted while I was grilling the meat. Then I reported it, so I according to their policy they said they will come and fix it. Someone came and checked the oven the answer I got I will come and fix the oven. Till today my oven door is not fixed. I have tried to made so many follow up but still. The glass that Univa put was not a quality and their bad services they giving me I wont recommend anyone to do their services. POOR SERVICES. Its three months now since my Oven stove is not fixed.
